Châtel is an excellent location for your summer holiday. It's one of the premier mountain-biking areas, with lifts open during the summer for walkers and bikers alike. You can also enjoy horse riding and pony trekking, paragliding, white-water rafting, thermal baths, windsurfing and boating on Lake Geneva, trips to the nearby Olympic Museum, Water Parks, the Cailler Chocolate Factory (a personal favourite) and Historical Geneva, to name but a few.
